  • 📍 Extraction stopped in the middle!
    It may be inconvenient, but please reboot the device, run only the WEILO app, and then try extracting. In the case of image extraction, a lot of memory may be consumed, so errors may appear if memory is insufficient. (The above memory refers to RAM memory unrelated to iCloud or device storage space) Subsequently, the extraction may also stop if your device runs out of storage space. If the device cannot secure the required capacity to extract and save the video, the extraction may not be completed. Please secure enough storage space on your device and re-run the WEILO app to attempt extraction.
  • 📍 What is the difference between free and paid?
    All editing features in WEILO are available for free. However, when using the free version, you can only extract once within 24 hours. When you subscribe to WEILO's premium, you can freely extract an unlimited number of times, and the freedom of extraction is the main strength of WEILO Premium.
  • 📍 Can it only be used on iPads equipped with M1 and M2 chips?
    First, WEILO can also be used on iPad devices that do not have M1 or M2 chips. However, the device's software version must be OS 16 or higher, and execution speed may vary depending on device specifications. For optimal performance, we recommend using the latest devices. Currently, WEILO is doing its best to stabilize the app to provide comfortable app use on devices with various capabilities.
  • 📍 I’m curious about WEILO copyright!
    The copyright of all content provided by WEILO is owned by WEILO. All audio, text, graphics, effects, transitions, stocks, fonts, etc. provided by WEILO can be used commercially or non-commercially. Videos extracted with WEILO can be uploaded to Youtube, SNS, homepage, etc. Attribution is recommended, not required. However, please note that broadcasting on TV or radio, *resale, and *redistribution are prohibited. For additional copyright-related inquiries, please contact weilo.support@vimosoft.com. * Resale: The act of generating profit by selling the video itself, the act of extracting the function itself provided by the WEILO app and selling it separately, etc. * Redistribution: When uploading a BGM collection or Playlist within the WEILO app for the purpose of sharing sound sources, etc.
  • 🔼 What format is it saved in when extracted?
    Currently WEILO provides H.264, H.265, and H.265 (Alpha) codecs. However, for devices that do not support H.265 codec, extraction is possible only with H.264 codec. ※ H.265 codec is supported on iPad 7th generation and above.
  • 🔼 Can I extract only paid users?
    Free users can also be extracted. All free users are provided with one extraction opportunity, and can extract once every 24 hours while supplies last. If you want to extract freely without time constraints, try WEILO Annual Premium.
  • 🔼 I selected the location as a folder in the file app and extracted it, but the video does not appear!
    Please make sure that the folder selected as the extraction location has been deleted. If the folder specified as the extraction location is deleted from the Files app, the folder will exist in [Recently Deleted Items] of the Files app. If extraction is performed in the above situation, the video in the file that exists in [Recently Deleted Items] will be saved and cannot be viewed or used. If you want to use the video, please restore it using the method below. 1. Go to the Files app. 2 Click [Recently Deleted Items]. 3. Press and hold the deleted folder. 4. Proceed with [Recovery]. 5. When the deleted folder is restored, the videos saved in the folder are also restored.

  • 🔼 The extracted video is strange!
    1️⃣ If a background app is used during extraction If the WEILO app is left in the background during extraction (running another app, receiving a call, etc.), an error may occur where the extracted video flickers or the black video repeats infinitely. Please maintain the loading screen of the WEILO app until video extraction is complete. 2️⃣ Video codec error Please check whether video received from within or outside the project (messenger, drive download, recorded video, etc.), video downloaded from the Internet, or video shot with other equipment (camera, GoPro, etc.) is included. 3️⃣ Video rendering error The section where the render bar at the top of the timeline is displayed in red may be difficult to extract properly due to excessive load. If there are many high-quality video clips, effect clips, masks, etc. applied to the section, please remove some of them and then attempt to extract them. 4️⃣ Audio rendering errors If you set a speed value higher than the maximum speed for a clip containing audio, it is difficult to properly extract the audio. If there are clips in the timeline with speeds exceeding 10x, please adjust or remove them and then try to extract them.

  • 💰 How do I pay for WEILO Premium?
    You can purchase WEILO annual premium through the methods below. 1. Click the premium icon at the top right of the WEILO main screen to enter the store. 2. Select the annual subscription product and press the [Buy] button. 3. WEILO annual premium is paid through your personal account logged in to the App Store. All WEILO annual premium payments are made through the App Store, not WEILO. Therefore, if you have any additional questions regarding payment or account, please contact the App Store Customer Center, not WEILO.
  • 💰 I want to refund my premium. How do I get a refund?
    Payment for WEILO Premium is made through the App store, not within the WEILO app. Since payment is made through an account logged into the store, Apple's App store is solely responsible for payment and account-related matters. Although this may be inconvenient, please contact the App Store Customer Center for all payment and account-related inquiries. ✔ Go to App Store Customer Center https://support.apple.com/en-eg/billing
  • 💰 Does the annual premium renew automatically?
    Due to the nature of the ‘subscription’ product, the annual premium is automatically renewed if it is not canceled within the period. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel your subscription directly through the device's settings or App Store account at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Even if you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you can still use premium for the period you have already paid for. You will be charged the subscription fee even if you delete or do not use the app without canceling your subscription. Refunds for renewed subscriptions are not possible due to failure to cancel within the period.
  • 💰 Is it possible to link (restore) my purchase when changing to another device?
    Payment for WEILO Premium is made through the account logged in to the store where you downloaded the app. Accordingly, payment details are saved in ‘Account’ on the App Store. Therefore, you can restore your purchase of WEILO Premium if you use the account that purchased WEILO Premium on a device with the same operating system.
